We have an immediate opening for a fast-moving, nimble, PR professional to join our agency. We move quickly and depending on skill set and performance, we move our team up quickly. Our office is located in Irvine, Calif. near John Wayne Airport. Our clients range in size and industry and they include technology, nonprofit, education and both business-to-business and business-to-consumer accounts.

The main functions of this position include PR strategy, account management, media pitching, writing, email marketing and social media management.

Desired Skills and Experience

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of agency or in-house PR experience
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • A history of successful account management and media relations placements

Essential responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning
  • Media pitching and placements
  • Content development/copywriting including press releases, media advisories, case studies, newsletters, byline articles, press kits
  • Client reporting
  • Management of entry level staff and/or interns on a project or ongoing basis
  • Social media management and strategy
