- Who inspires you?
- My grandfather, Henry, who passed away in 2000. He was a role model – and an example of a loving, caring, hard-working man who grew up in France, post WWI, without a degree, and worked his way up to a successful career. He ensured that traveling was an integral part of my brother and my education, and I have memories of visiting villages in Africa with him, bringing pens and notepads to give to local kids. He would constantly remind us that education was a privilege and that failure wasn’t an option. He’s the reason why Henry will be my soon-to-be-born son’s middle name.
- What was your first job?
- In college, I worked as an usherette for multiple events in Paris. When I moved to Southern California, I worked as a waitress for a French restaurant in Marina del Rey. I truly believe that it should be mandatory for everybody to work in the service industry at some point. Today, you will never see me order food without a “please” and “thank you.”
- Name two things you consider yourself to be really good at.
-
- Understanding the purpose of marketing. It sounds obvious, but many companies have little understanding of how to properly market a product or a service. Their strategy is mostly based on trends – social media, influencers, PPC, etc. – without a clear understanding of how these tactics should be strategically included in an overall marketing plan.
- And, I can handle a lot. I often say to the team that they shouldn’t worry until they see me worried.
- What show are you watching on Netflix right now?
- Nothing, actually, but I will take any recommendations.
- Where is your favorite place to travel?
- Home is always where my heart is. I have been in America for close to 13 years now, but I absolutely love sharing my French culture with the people I love. I might be a little biased, but I still think that Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
- What are three things on your bucket list?
- I want to run a marathon on each continent. I ran my first marathon in 2015 and ran 32 marathons in the following three years, including Boston, New York, Chicago, Honolulu and even Sydney, Australia. I would absolutely LOVE to run the Great Wall of China Marathon.
- I’d love to meet Jason Aldean.
- I also have a dream of someday starting my own non-profit.
- What recent success are you most proud of and why?
- How do you measure success is a question that I always make sure to discuss with each client. How do you define your own KPI and what does success look like for you? Here are some of the numbers that I have helped drive in my time at Beyond Fifteen so far:
- Driving nearly 6,000 clicks to a client’s landing page in 60 days.
- Generating 150K engagements in a week as part of an influencer campaign
- Running 25+ monthly ads across a variety of industries.
- Secured +311,202 new followers; 6,911,771 likes; 57,850 comments; and 135,845 shares to clients’ social channels.

- What do you love most about Beyond Fifteen?
- I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. I’ve always worked for smaller agencies where you are required to wear multiple hats. The fact that my commute is four minutes isn’t so bad either.
